It’s a fantastic clinic, everyone is super nice and friendly. I got adductor strain during my training for this year’s Rome and London marathon. I knew how serious it was, I even couldn’t smoothly walk. I was very sad, it was just 2 weeks before Rome marathon and 5 weeks before London marathon. Some people said to me:”in this case, you should quit your Rome marathon”. And some people said:”You need rest and stop running”. Yes, I can fully understand it.But I love history, I love the city of Rome, it’s my dream to running in this city. And London marathon, obviously, it’s a big day for me, and a big day for every runner in the world. So words cannot express my gratitude to the physio of this clinic, Valeria Lodovisi. I can clearly remember the first time I met Valeria, she didn’t say:” you shouldn’t training yourself so hard, you need to have a rest”. she tried to fix the problem, tried to effectively help me to make my dream come true. I knew how serious that strain was, I couldn’t run 10k before Valeria’s treatment, but just 10 days after her treatment, I successfully finished the 26 miles(42km) Rome marathon, and totally pain-free! But I could still feel the strain after the Rome marathon, I knew I’m not fully recovered. So I continued the treatment sessions with Valeria for several weeks, and last Sunday, I run my PB(personal Best) on London marathon, I believe it’s the best gift to Valeria, for her hard working and professional skills! So I highly recommend Valeria to everyone, especially to runners, she know how to treat your injuries!
