Julia has a strong clinical focus on musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions and works with adult patients presenting with both acute and persistent pain.
She has gained valuable clinical experience working across the NHS and private clinics, treating a a wide range of conditions including neck and back pain, sports-related injuries, joint and soft tissue conditions, postural and work-related issues, and post-operative rehabilitation. Her approach prioritises pain relief in the early stages of treatment, recognising the importance of reducing symptoms to allow patients to move more comfortably through manual therapy techniques, allowing patients to better engage effectively in rehabilitation and exercise therapy.
She takes a patient-centred and holistic approach, placing strong emphasis on clear communication, education, and realistic goal setting. Her aim is to help patients not only recover from their current condition but also develop confidence in their movement and achieve long-term symptom management.
Julia is a member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP) and offers acupuncture as one of her treatment modalities.
Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new cafés and food spots, and spending time with friends and family.
