Zoe is originally from Switzerland and has lived in several countries from a young age, giving her a broad, people-focused outlook that enriches her clinical practice. Since qualifying as a physiotherapist in the UK, she has gained extensive musculoskeletal experience across the NHS in areas such as orthopaedics and women’s health, as well as in private practice.
Her clinical experience includes supporting clients with hypermobility and Ehlers–Danlos Syndromes (EDS), alongside chronic and persistent pain conditions and treating general musculoskeletal conditions. Zoe takes a holistic, integrated approach to rehabilitation, using a wide range of evidence-based treatments including manual therapy, acupuncture/dry needling, Pilates (mat and reformer), and personalised exercise prescription.
Having her own lived experience of managing recurring hypermobility-related symptoms, Zoe brings empathy, authenticity, and practical insight to every patient interaction. She aims to help people not only recover from their current concerns but also understand their bodies, build long-term resilience, and feel stronger and more confident for the future.
