As well as being a degree trained experienced Chiropractor, James also has a background in personal training and fitness coaching, offering a wide range of manual treatment techniques to manage and treat various musculoskeletal conditions and injuries.
Working in the fitness industry for a number of years and helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals, this led James into studying a Chiropractic Masters degree in 2012. He wanted to understand further how the body functions optimally so he could help his clients get back to full health.
James quickly discovered that one approach to treatment does not work for every patient so alongside traditional Chiropractic treatments. He also utilises various techniques including dry needling, taping, functional muscle testing, exercise, soft tissue release, nutrition, and lifestyle/ergonomic advice to help patients achieve their goals and achieve optimal long term outcomes.
